Annual Report to Court of Appeals.

The Court of Appeals Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Service was established on July 1, 2002 (Maryland Rule 16-901). The Committee oversees statewide programs to provide legal services to persons and organizations with limited resources.

The Committee studies pro bono issues, serves as a clearinghouse for pro bono materials, and guides the work of county pro bono committees.
